2010 M8 RG Push Turbo or 2012 Pro Climb M8

Sitting on a pretty tough decision at the moment and would like some advice from anyone worth giving some.

Looking at a 2010 M8 153 with Push Turbo (rode it last week, insane power, 8 #'s of boost pushing over 225 horse, 10 #'s pushing 250), absolutely dialed in with all the maps, PC5, LCD screen for infield Air/Fuel adjustments.

Or other choice, snowcheck a new M8 162. Was leaning towards the turbo but now leaning back toward the new one with the 2 year warranty, less maintenance idea.

The Push sled you rode was it one of the Dakota Performance Sleds?

Having warranty is priceless if you are at the top of your budget, nothing worse than buying a sled then having it break with no funds to fix.

It is hard to compare a stock sled to a boosted sled though.

I think the Polaris Pro is the best riding stocker out there (until the crank goes), and I'd guess that the best thing a Proclimb can possibly feel like is a slightly more powerful, heavier Polaris Pro. What I'm getting at is that I love the Pro, but you couldn't get me to trade one for my 2010 M8 @ 6.5 lbs. Stock sucks.

get the proclimb and turbo that later on.... I rode the 2012s yesterday and I was very impressed. I also rode a 2011 boondocker turbo m8 at 7.5 lbs and now i want a turbo really really bad wow! but get the new chassis and then later on turbo it when you can. The new pro climb is going to give the pro its run for the money

going from a boosted m8 to a 2012 non boosted

is like nailing a girl with their clothes on what's the point. i went boosted this year and I can't imagine ever going back. the comparison is apples to oranges

Yep I have a 2010 m8 push from dakota and would not trade it for a proclimb....unless of coarse you have the cash to boost a 2012 pc. Stock blows!

I was in the same boat. I chose a 2010 m8 turbo. I know the chassis, and the turbo's seem proven to me.

Thanks for the help! I'm strongly leaning towards the pro climb.. new model will hold its value a lot longer than the m series as well.

get the turbo sled....the m series have just as good a chance of INCREASING in value if the 2012 model ends up being CR@P
