2010 M8 Primary Spring

Curious if anyones sled came with the orange/black that is supposed to be stock. Every sled I've seen has a black/orange.

At first I thought there was a mix up or typo on the sled and the black/orange was the recommended spring. But, today I found an 646-035 orange/black.

So, wth is the black/orange? I think it's part number is 646-435.

What's everybody else got?

I was told the black/orange is identical to the orange/white. They changed manufacturers so changed they changed the color.

That's what I was told. But know I found an orange/black which matches the description and the part number on the sled.

Mine came with the black/orange. Only lasted about 200 miles. I sure won't be replacing it with another black/orange. I'm kinda disappointed the HCR didn't come with a titanium spring this year.

And the black/orange is some bastard spring that breaks after 200 miles.

try starting line pink/black 120/340 comes in at 3900/ 8200 no banging in stock 63 gr 10/11th feet you will like it

Do I have to remove the big torx in the middle?
if yes, what's the torx size ? T65 ?
