I started the sled once this summer fired right up to move it around...... Now I have pulled it over a hundred times and nothing. I pulled the plugs I have good spark....they where dripping wet so I put new in nothing. I pulled it over with no plugs in and tons of fuel keeps shooting out. I've let it set two days pull it over now no plugs same thing any ideas????

controller might of died, had the same thing happen and the fuel controller was the problem, hook up stock wires to injectors and see if it starts.

If you have spark and actually have liquid fuel shooting out of the cylinders it is extremely flooded.

That's what I was thinking should I drain the crankcase? ???? Where/ how to get to the plugs?

Check your coolant temp sensor connector. Ihad mine get didconnected and did the exact same thing. After you pull the plugs and clean it out, you might be able to get it to start if you keep it wide open when you pull
it over.

1. Pull the spark plugs and disconnect the electrical from the 2 injectors.
2. Put rags over the spark plug holes.
3. Make sure to turn OFF the key so you don't start the sled on fire.
4. Pull the cord a ton of times until you clear most of the fuel out of the crankcase. You might have to change rags a few times because of all the fuel that comes out.
5. Put new plugs in. Turn the key back on. Try starting the sled. It should fire after a couple pulls. Let it idle until is dies (using the rest of the fuel in the crankcase).
6. Plug the injectors back in and start the sled up.

I ran into this a few weeks ago after using the new Boondockers Timing Module. This was the only way I could get the sled to start.

pipe sensor

Had this happen last year it is your pipe sensor.Pull your pipe off and dump all the fuel out,it will keep happening it really sucks when it happens out in the mountains.
