2010 M8/HCR Problems with the drivers

hey

Do your feet vibrate on the running boards? It shouldn't skipping the drivers unless track is way to lose. May be hitting the rail tips with track windows.

I've never had any luck running my M's track very loose. I've had to keep mine in check to avoid ratcheting, which normally would happen when i needed it NOT to the most. Just tighten it up a touch, see if it gets better. And of course, different snow conditions will make it act alot different.

Thanks

I'm going to tighten my track up right now n try it out at turnagain, hopefully it fixes my little problem. I would hate to wait for a shop to take forever to warranty it

wyrider's '10 m8 did some ratcheting down in the snowies on the hills, tipped her over and tightened the track up and he hasn't had an issue since.

mine too

i had the same problem with my '10 HCR, on hard pack it wasnt an issue but in deep powder it was slipping, just tighten it up a bit and try again

BV

mine was also ratcheting

MY 2009 m1000 was also doing the same thing. The track was fairly tight, but I tightened it up a little more and the problem was solved. It was doing this when I needed a lot of power.
