I know there are a few other threads on this but thought I'd start a new one because now that people have had time to see what works and what doesn't maybe a lot of guessing can be eliminated.

My sled has approx 500 miles. All stock, 162 track. Riding at 9000-11,000 ft. While looking over the sled today I noticed the spring is broken.

What is the recommended replacement spring covered by warranty?

What is the recommended replacement spring if it isn't covered by warranty?

Thanks.

orange/black is the Cat replacement, but it engages at 4800:face-icon-small-sho I took it after one trip around the parking lot, orange/white is good, yellow/white has softer engagment

the orange black is the replacement. It breaks as well and engages steep. The orange white is discontinued and was replaced by the orange/black. The yellow/white has slightly softer engagement, and the rpms tend to fall off a hair. A couple of the best setups i've seen so far are the yellow/white with 3glide washers with stock weights. The second setup is to switch to a purple spring and drop the weights back to 65grams. hope this helps!
