2010 m8 160 hp???

Is it just my imagination, or did cat just put and aftermarket Y-pipe and pipe to get 160 horse, or maybe a little copy of a perf package from SLP. Just curious. I guess speedwerx, cutler, and SLP better get to the notepad

Motor is re-designed. Diffrent pipe, cylinders,crank reeds etc

yes at first i thought the added hp was from the pipe and y pipe, and it could still be. but don't think ac would have redesigned the crank/cylinders/pistons if this was the case...

I was wonding if they raised the cylinder ports a little like RKT kit does? If they didn't maybe it would help in producing the 170 BHP model?
