2010 M Series seat from Cat, anyone get theirs yet??

I pre ordered my seat last March when I bought my M8 towards the end of the season. Mine was also under $250.00. You cant go wrong as far as I am concerned. It has to be better than the old low stock seat. if it ends up being a pos someone will buy it for $100.00 I imagine.

got to check out the 2010 seat on a 2008 m1 today. looks pretty sick and sits nice and high was pretty comfy too. should be sweet!

how is the seat attached to the 2008 that you got to look at ?
is it solid or does it move any from side to side etc. or if any movement please explain. Give us the low down on its attachment. thanks rm

i wasnt looking real close on how it was attatched but it was completely solid. obviously i had to do a little imaginary riding on it while it was parked but it didnt move whatsoever. it looked really well and fitted nicely. ill be going back again within a week or so to pick up new sled and ill take some pics if no one else has any by then.

I was looking at the foam and how they attach to the sled today. It's the same foam as the old seats. Can you say FROZEN ICE BRICK!

It weighs 11lbs dry 19 after a days ride! This seat needed BOSS FOAM and a QUICK RELEASE!
