2010 HCR Bent rails

i have a 2010 m8 hcr and last sunday i bent both my rails so they look like a big C now and my rear axle order parts from my dealer said he would have them by thursday which is today. they told me they are back ordered till march 30 tried calling IceAge they are busy but what are my options and how quick can i get them i am in saskatchewan canada and i leave to valemount BC on the 17th which leaves me absolutely no time which im thinking im screwed. im going to see if my dealer will pull some off a new M8 but im doubting it. what are my options is what i mean to ask and which are the best for my money to go towards.

Wont help you now, but I installed the kit from Cat to reinforce the rails. No issues with it and I have not been easy on it

Hmm I'm not seeing this kit to reinforce the rails in their catalog. Guessing I might need it.

take the middle bogies out when you get your new ones.

destroyer doesnt taking the middle boggies out just eliminate the rails from bending outwards from the inside??? im going to try the rail stiffeners or whichever they are called but ya i landed on my tail from about 6 feet up and bent both rails sideways in a C form not outwards from center boggies but thanks for the help guys

ya get the stiffeners for sure. But Take the bogies out anyways. I've seen 2 sleds twist out just on the whooped out trails. I haven't noticed any abnormal slider wear.

I seen a set of those stiffeners at Northside Leisure Products in Foam Lake. Talk to Dino. He'll know what stiffeners your talking about.

I need some stiffer running boards. Mine are bent to **** already.

That's strange, we just ordered a set of rails for a customer and had them the next day! (no backorders). Before we installed them we added 90 degree angled aluminum metal pieces on the inside and outside of the rail. They seem super strong now. Good luck

ya my dealer called i dont know who im guessing the cat parts ppl or something and had the rails in the next day i was like really wow go from a 2 months pretty well wait till the next day having them good job! lol o well they are on and hopefully they stay straight and i dont wreck nothing else valemount in 2 days !!

I just picked up some Ice Age rails, holly crap they are beefy. Pretty sure I will die before I can bend these bad boys.

I went with Ice age and a custom fabbed steel axel (folded the old one like a taco). No problems now...
