2010 f-150 three days old!

Just brought home a new 2010 F-150. I have owned a 1999, 2002,2006 F-350 Crew Cab Diesels and I have to say I was a bit apprehensive about going with a F-150. But I'm pleased to say this thing is more that I could have imagined for an F-150. Larger crew cab, larger payload and an overall sweet package. I told the dealer I wouldn't pick it up until it had a 6 inch BDS and 35" Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ's.

My dad comes along on our trips west sleding and he has a 2009 Crew Cab 350 diesel so we use that. I work for Ford and with my employee discount and the rebates they had for Truck Month, I could get this truck for about $10,000 less than a new super duty

Congratulations, great looking truck. You should be happy with ATZ's I run them on my F-350 and could not be happier, I just rotated them today as a matter of fact. Take care...Jeff

That's a nice truck...looks way good with the lift. Ford has some amazing trucks for 2010 like the Ford F-150 Raptor SVT, that is the coolest truck I have ever seen

The rims can be had for about $175 a piece and the tires go for around $300 a piece depending on where you shop. The rims in the picture are actually loaner rims until my Mickey Thompson Sidebiters come in. Here is a picture of the rims that are going on.

Keep a close eye on your tranny have less then 50,000 needs new one.
Had a flush completed a month ago and OD solenoid starting acting up, found shavings in the pan. I like the old way to change tranny fluid, drop the pan and see.:cool::o

holy highway batman! how do you have 50k on a 2010 already? even for a 09 that would be a lot of miles.:beer;

I've got an '08 with 54,000 miles, in 16 months.

I opted for the 6.5' bed and no lift. The longer bed allows for the 35.7 gallon tank which is super nice for towing so I'm not always looking for a hose. My 2003 had a 25 gallon tank and the needle always found 1/2 tank too quickly.

Have fun with the 2010.
