2010 Coolant Leak! Help

So I looked under my 2010 and found a green pool in the belly pan can't find any leaks above the bottom of the engine. has anyone seen problems with the hose running under the engine from the front cooler to the bottle? Due the new 600 have the same weep hole in the bottom for the crank case for the water pump as the old 600? dealer just put new motor in and I have put 150 ml on it.

Did the coolant level drop in the overflow? If not, it is possible that you are seeing residual coolant from bleeding the system. If it dropped, take it back and make them fix it. It is possible that if the mechanical seal was replaced, it could have been damaged and is now weeping. You could have a loose hose, or a puncture somewhere. Bottom line is, someone was just working on your sled and now you see a potential problem. Keep an eye on the issue, and if it is a problem, make the guy who was supposed to fix it, do just that.

So I found the leak and it is the pump seal that they put in! I had the job done end of last year they had sled for over 30 days, and I did not get it back till April 1 and the snow was gone. Where I live we have had a bad start to the winter and have not had enough snow to ride till now so frist time I had the sled out was last weekend and told dealer my problem. They feel it is not a warranty problem because of the time that has past since it was fixed. I have rode 1 day 154ml since they did a complet motoe job under warranty at that time

Sorry to hear your dealer feels this way. Obviously, they don't want to stand behind their work. I would maybe contact Polaris Customer service and see if they are willing to help out. Check with a different dealer and see if they will submit a request for goodwill and keep your fingers crossed. Sometimes this process actually works!

Did not know there was such thing as a good will repair I will ask the dealer how he feels about putting it throu that way. I really do not care how he does it but I feel he should take care of it some how. Thanks
