2010-2011 arctic cat Boondocker air box o-ring question

There is an o-ring inside a lip of the air box....should there be a second o-ring between the airbox and the seat of the throttle body? (See pics)
With airbox tightened up, can still pivot slightly side to side...just seems like there should be...

no there isn't! If there is I need to get them on a couple of my sleds!

It just seems odd that it moves that much.

Oh well!
