Picked this sled up as a project and now onto another, here's what she is

2009 XP 800r 50th anniversary
18xx miles. (havent checked since last ride)

-100 miles on fresh monoblock and dual ring pistons (updated y pipe bolt style that dont rattle out)
-Quick clickers
-Brand new recoil
-Oil delete
-Aftermarket silencer
-intake deleted and pod filters
-HD front bumber
-Ice Age 2 wheel kit with 8" billet wheels
-S36 front end with the KYB shocks
-DS2 skis
-White skid plate
-Fresh grips
-Wheelhouse 3" post forward
-Straight steering post
-Updated lower steering post ratio
-Full multi piece vent kit

This sled is just under #400 dry and runs STRONG. Motor is just broke in and pulls hard. The panels are a little chewed up, it had the vent kit already and they took a beating with it being so easy to throw around! Fresh panels would be the only thing I might replace if keeping it.

The S36 kit with all the post updates makes this thing handle like an XM if not better. Easy to throw around and goes where you want it to in the trees. DOES NOT fight back like the 08/09 and even newer xps were notorious for. This thing runs right with the new XM's.

Have yourself a great performing lower mile'd sled for half the price of a new one. I will grab some underhood pictures in the next few days so please just be patient.

We cut the center of the steering post out and sleeve in a heavier wall peice of tubing to eliminate the bend and flex and welding bracking that allows the top of the steering post to come out forward 3". this makes it so the bars can be where everyone on an XP wants them, but now they are inline with the post, not kicked at a weird angle from the top. smoother more natural turning and better ridability. This is the biggest gain in ridability i have found to date for the XP. The Xp freerides and now the xm's have moved the mount forward almost 2" from the original XP design.
