2009 X Games

Is any of you guys and gals going this year. My girlfriend and I did our christmas early cause we are going to missouri for for christmas and didnt want to pack gifts down and back. Well she gave me a paper with all of our info for the x games for my christmas present. I think I peed a little bit cause I have always wanted to go. I think she is a keeper. Any ways any one els going.

We have a group of about 6 packin up sleds and making the trip from oregon, we have wanted to for years, however we have now noticed the outregous price of places to stay, so were tryin to figure out where to stay its gonna cost enough to drive out and food and party, and tickets, but we will be going as long as we can find somewhere to stay

We are staying in Carbondale at the comfort inn it's about a half hour away I think. They said you don't need tickets for winter x it's a first come basis.

yeah carbondale is just right down the road from aspen, check glenwood its probably only about 45 minutes away also. I'll be going since I only live about 1 hour away, missed last year but went 5 years in a row b4 that..........

How much are the rooms there in carbondale? safe place for trailers full of sleds? But i guess anything can be safe if you box trailers in with trucks, just have heard some bad storys...

We are staying there for five nights and it was six hundred something for two people and king size bed. Can't bring the sleds since we are flying down from Alaska to Missouri then driving are way back to Washington. But it looked safe for your stuff from the web site.

you should be fine with sleds and stuff.. ill be at x games all week... might have to work the yammy booth for a while.. stop in the shop if you need anything!!

Ya thats not bad at all, actually pretty cheap, ill call them today, if anyone else has any imput on places let me know, I have a feeling we might be needing to stop by that booth to fix broken parts. Im looking forward to the trip ill have to stay in touch with you guys and do some riding, and we will have I think about three extra backup sleds, just in case, and also so if anyone else is down for a ride that flew in. we are a long way from home and breaking somethin and being without a sled is not an option...

there is a group or 6-8 of us going, one of the other guys lined up a condo or something in aspen.
i think only 2 of us are bringin sleds, wonderin if anyone would want to ride/show us around for a day or 2. not familiar with the area but looking forward to the trip. always wanted to attend

x2 show us your town, and good riding spots, we hear there are some amazing places to ride thats the point of dragging the sleds with us
