2009 Summit X 800R running on one cylinder

Have a 2009 Summit X 800R that is only running on one cylinder and would like some ideas on where else to check other then what I have done?
So far I have cleaned the carbs, has new gas, new plugs, and there is good spark on both plugs. Compression is same on both sides. Would a broken reed(s) cause sled to only run on one side?
Looking at the sled it appears pulling and checking the reeds would be a real PITA!
Would appreciate any ideas.
Thanks in advance.

What was it?

Honestly, I don't really know for sure. Went back and checked everything again. Checked compression, plugs, re-cleaned the carbs and blew them out with air, pulled and checked the reeds on the side that wasn't firing, they were fine, but not a fun job pulling them! Put everything back together and started the sled and ran fine. Just guessing I would now have to say that there was most likely something in the carbs.
