I have a 2009 Polaris 800 bottom end with stator & recoil that has about 1400 miles on it. The crank was unaffected by the 2nd to last piston burn down and its in good working order. One of the bolt holes has an insert (fabricated and set by a machine shop in Denver, a really nice heli-coil) to repair some chewed up threads.
Also, have 2009 monoblock with 150 miles that looks like new for $300. I put the new pistons and mono-block on last March. The sled got 150 miles on it when I checked pistons. I noticed scuffing on the pistons but not on the monblock. I pulled the entire engine at that time and started selling off the parts. The VR and CDI are sold.
Have the primary clutch (needs spider tightened but complete with 62 gram weights), throttle bodies, head, head cover, gauge display, reeds, most of the fuel pickup and fuel pump, and some electrical all for sale.
