2009 m8 turbo rebuild?

Id put in a new topend, replace reeds, check powervalve cables, go through diamond drive, clutches, etc.

x2, check diamond drive bearings, gears, and seals. Check throttle, and power valve cables. Fresh reeds, extended reed stops, and pistons.

I just redid mine this year, here's what I was looking for

1.) Motor mounts - 2 of mine had torn durometers
2.) Pistons - Original pistons had 2200 miles on them
3.) Clutch - Check the bushing for wear, you might need a new clutch
4.) Reeds - Mine were still fine even after 2200 miles, probably due to the IC but put new ones in anyway
5.) Diamond Drive bearing if you haven't already done so
6.) Turbo ... I tore the whole turbo apart and cleaned it and repainted the expander housing
7.) Clean everything
8.) Clutch alignment .... I'd just use the offset bar to check parallelism, its right on spec doing it that way
9.) Track alignment
10.) Mix a quart of oil with your first full tank of gas.

When i did mine i just used stock stuff buying through freeagent is alot cheaper than most other dealers
