Was in some really deep powder today hill climbing and could only get 7600 rpm, should it be more like 7800-7900? I have a MBRP can, D&D intake and reeds.

My 09 1000 max rpm reading says 7680 is that about right?

anyway if you want engagement the same a similar start rate for primary spring with increased finishing rate.....but just get lighter wieght i suggest...remember use heat on those little screws first to save ya grief...and a good dealer will exchange weights for ya to try with no charge till you get what you want...but two to three grams lighter...if you really want something you will love get the dalton adjustables...or cutlers...you change the weight while they are installed in minutes easilly...!!!...!!!
On the dyno chart the power is at 7650 by 7800 you are down 3 hp and more torque. Iwould verify tach accuarcy and if correct ride.
I dont even look at my m8, as long as it keeps climbing i'm happy
