2009 m1000 spare belt

Is there really room for a spare belt on the top of the clutch guard? Ive been carrying mine on my tunnel because it looks like if you put it on the guard it would be too close to the pipe.

I have a SLP Pipe and put my spare belt on my clutch guard never had any problems. Also have another spare in my seat.

Hold ONE of mine on the cover, second spare in the trunk. No problems.
