2009 M1000 Busting Belts

Any Idea's? It is my buddies sled and he has disinigrated 3 belts in just under 400 miles. He has taken it to the dealer and they can't find anything wrong.
 
Is your friend getting the belt warm before hammering it. You really have to get the belts warm before you get on it. Especially be careful after you park and b.s. with your buddy's and get back on it. Got to keep the belt warm.

There are some long threads on this if you do a search. Welcome to the conversation. Dealer will be of no help Im sure. There is a dozen reasons the M1k is blowing belts. Venting, alignment, offset, deflection, secondary sucks, gearing too tall. Non-floating secondary. Lots of good info in here

When is any of the big 4 going to step up and set there sleds up from the factory so they work?? Actually go out and ride them and have a setup for 0 - 3000, 3000 - 6000, 6000 - 9000, 9000 and up...You pay 10K plus for a sled and they can't figure out the clutching??? They all suck...Poo, cat, and Ski-doo is the worst...not sure on yamaha but I am sure they can't set a sled up either

edit: more rant..Non floating secondary on the new Cat also???? Cheap basT&rds.... why didn't they call BRP and ask if it worked for them??? Your getting 10K plus for a sled...machine a keyed jackshaft and making the f-ing thing float!!!
