Hey there a few questions. Is the sled a 163 track, i see its a pump gas turbo so how many pounds of boost do u run it at and what would a guy have to do to run it at 10lbs. And where are u located at. I am a serious buyer just trying to find the right sled for me
The track is a 163' Camoplast Challenger Extreme with 2.5 " lugs. It works well with the turbo because it is a little stiffer than the stock track. The boost varies with altitude by the Electronic Boost Control. However, I have it set to put in about 10.5 lbs of boost at 7,000'. I run three gallons of Sunoco 110 with the rest 91 octane non ethanol premium to run that level of boost. The Push to Pass button will throw in an additional 1.5 lbs. of boost when you have the button depressed so it will give you 12 lbs. of boost at 7,000'. That is for short bursts if and when you need a little extra power. I never used it climbing. There is plenty of power on tap without that.
