Be more specific at what you are needing to know? Also give some details of the kit? Intercooler? EBC? EGT's or AFR? Things to ask previous owner. What topend? Has the intake boots been changed out to the new part number? Reeds when have they been changed? Something you should do regardless every year if new fuel filter and on a turbo I don't recommend the SPI filter.

Here is the starting numbers. They also have the instructions that I would read through.

**Disclaimer** all my info and experience is based on 6k and up altitude.

The box is pretty simple to run. You have to understand that these kit are designed for higher altitude. 6k and up. Down low your numbers are going to be different. First off how did the previous owner say the sled ran? If it where me I would replace the reeds and replace the intake boot because the earlier ones had a problem with splitting. They came out with an updated part number that are holding up to boost. I run 15lbs (10k altitude) on my setup and they have held up. I would then go over all the hoses and make sure nothing is rubbing. Check oil thank and pump. Change fuel filter. You also want to make sure you are running the Jan 09 flash else you will never get it running good. It will idle ruff and hard start after hot if you don't. Low end will also be boggy until you reflash to jan 09 flash. (My experience is 6k and up though) The box operation is fairly simple. Stat to see stats, Fuel, to adjust fuel. Select fuel and you should see the page that shows low mid high psi. Probably something like 42 50 60. Low Mid High. Low is for 1/3 of boost, mid 1/3 to 2/3 boost, high is full boost. So if you have 9 pounds set, low adjust 0 to 3 lbs boost. Mid adjust 3 to 6 lbs boost. High adjust 6 to 9 lbs boost. Just note these sleds run hot mid-range. If you are mid throttle for extended period you will start to see EGTS in the 1300 range. You will never be able to tune it out with out causing bogs down low. I shoot for 1250egt on long pull and 1300 midrange boondocking or trail running. If it gets over 1300 I blip the throttle and it will come back down.

There is really not a lot of tuning on these sleds. Set the box and leave it. My old boss has the same setup and he doesn't even know what an egt is. He just runs it and has for 4 years. I rode his sled and looked at what his peak egt what and it showed 1450. He lets friends borrow it and they ride it up the trail like a stocker holding mid throttle. I treat mine a little nicer but they do hold up.

Good luck! Oh, also keep your track tight or you will ratchet it.

Unless the previous owner told you then you have to take it to a dealer. I think you can also call a dealer with your vin number and they can look up what has been done to the sled.
