250ish on pistons! New top end? That crack is in on the right corner of hood? Whats with the right handle bar guard?

250 miles on the pms kit cylinder is original. Have never had a problem with motor just did the kit to garuntee the motor was solid. crack is on right side of the hood can get better pics if you want. Hand guard is just misaligned the cover pushes it down.
