I have a 2009 700 RMK wth 1400 miles on it that ran perfect last year. I started it up and loaded on my trailer to go out west, still ran good. When we arived the sled didn't want to idle correctly. I ran a new tank off gas through still would not ideal correctly. I then brought it to the polaris dealer in Dubois WY. He checed the TPS, Voltage regulator and ECU. Still would not idel. Found out tha i had a cylinder that was at 75 lbs Compression. Does anyone Know what is the most likely cause for this and what do i need to look for when i rebuild it?

Lack of oil during storage in engine. Did you fog it? Or add dino oil into engine before summer storage? Or mix dino oil in the gas before storage so that the engine can be lubed up?

I would check and/or replace the rubber throttle body boots (approx $ 50.00) as the originals are prone to ripping/tearing.

This damage could have also occurred on your last ride last season, hard to tell at his point

700 top end

I have an IQ 700 rmk and I noticed that my air box was not sealed all the way and snow could get sucked up into the carbs per the crack right down the middle my father in laws burnt down per that reason i just simply took mine out of the sled and used silicone to seal the crack in and i put foam around my headlamp im guessing you got water in it sounds like a new top end. Hopefully this may help you out
