Those that have the 509's that like them, what helmet do you have?

Those that don't like them what helmet do you have?

I have the 509 goggles in the new 509 helmet. The helmet looks really cool, but has some issues. It is comfortable, but I have fogging issues. I had to remove the nose piece from the goggle to help this issue. The chin strap is a little too short on this helmet. Also, the opening for the googles seems to be a little small, causing the goggles to pinch down on my nose. I'm getting used to the helmet, but it isn't perfect.

Do you use quick straps? I had a pair of goggles that used to really pinch my nose and I switched to quick straps where I could loosen them up more and the pinching ceased.

Love quick straps. :)

I just bought a Klim F4. It is an amazing helmet. I can ride hard even with a balaclava and feel the cold air on my melon. I know it looks a little Devo, but you can feel the air moving over your head even when the vents are packed with snow. I heard the 509's won't work, but I have wore mine twice and they seem to work great for me.

There helmet is not a option because there is no stocking dealers close by to try some on.

509's work great on the following helmets.

509 (obvious)
HJC
Fly

This is what we've tested them on so far.

I've used them on 509's and Bell, while my family has used them on O'neal and HJC.

So far I'm really loving my new 509's with my Fly ( Platinum LX ) helmet. They fit really well together and honestly , the goggles are the best I've used to date.

I use them in the 509 helmet. I haven't had any fog issues like that other guy was saying and I have the goggles nose piece still on as well.

If you're worried about sizing just measure your head. The helmet itself is really comfortable.

I have the 509 helmet and the 09 sinisters. They fogged on me the first few times I rode, but lately they have been awesome. I haven't even had to take them off when I get stuck or stop to rest.

I started with the 509 goggles on my Fly helmet (wife still uses the same combo). Replaced the helmet with a HJC last year (was happy with both helmet/goggle combinations).
