2009 - 2010 Long range forcast

Whats everyone hearing on the 09-10 winter forecast for Utah?

Here are a couple of sites that I have found today, but the constant that I am reading is that we should be looking at a weak elnino year.

According to the long range forcasters they are comparing this years contitions to 1951-1952 winter conditons. This should be interresting to watch this unfold. If they're right; We should have a hell of a season...

I know a National Weather Person. He says forecasting Idaho Eastward is impossible. A few degree shift in the wind, a slight dip in the jet stream, and all the predictions change drastically. He said it's a lot easier to predict, after the season is over. Sorry, but my experience is no one can predict the snow pack and elevation until it's nearly here.
