Anybody know if the husky fit kit for a 2008 te 510 will work on an SMR 510? Would an SMR make a decent snow bike? Got a line on one and would like input.

Would the TE gearing drop in?
The other thing your normally loose is over rev... If that is changeable I would check on a husky specific forum...

So it sounds like this bike already has a TE transmission in it. Started life as a 450 and was re-freshed a couple of thousand KM ago. Anybody with Husky experience I could use your input.
I think at the end of the day it is cutting hairs... It is a 510 and if it gets you on the snow at a good price I would say go for it.
