I have a used voltage regulator and ecu off of an 09 dragon that I was told they were bad. Replaced them both and the problem still exists. Not sure if vr spiked and took out the ecu and fuel pump or what. But its at rexburg getting looked at. The tech said that when he hooked up the digital wrench it communicated with the ecu so pretty sure its OK.new they are close to $700. I will sell both for$300 plus shipping. No returns no warranty.
