The rear of the tunnel is slightly creased from a roll over on a hard packed trail. I rode the sled as is for the better part of the season and had no issues. If I had the tooling I would fabricate something my self. It won’t take much work to repair and the sled will be ready to roll. The front of tunnel already has tunnel reinforcements for this reason. I might even recommend throwing a SKINZ PROTECTIVE GEAR bumper on with an inside plate to brace. The rest of the sled is cosmetically solid!
