2008 Polaris D8 Issues Please Help

I am having a midrange stumble every once and i while maybe once a day, just wondering if i should be concerned. Also have fox zero pro rear suspension, it is not rebounding very well???? i am pulling 8100 rpm while climbing what rpm would be ideal. thanks

mine has the same stumble when i hold it in the midrange too long.midrange is too lean, vary the throttle or hold it wfo. mine runs 8150-8200 works good for me. cant help on the suspension.

The first question I would ask is what mapping are you running in the sled?

At this time, the best thing alot of us have found is to add a PowerCommander 5 to the sled. This will add the desperately needed fuel in the mid range which takes care of the mid range stumbles that have been a common complaint.

I would also replace your fuel filter if you haven't. The filters can get dirty fast due to their micron levels such as to not let any debris into the fuel injectors/motor. A partially obstructed fuel filter can cause lean conditions. these motors cannot handle these lean conditions.

8,100 R's on a climb in quality deep snow is pretty good. I try to clutch for 8,250.

As for your shocks, you probably need to adjust the springs a little tighter.

i think it was bad fuel that causes the stumble, alot of people i ride with had sleds that wouldnt even run. i drained it. i usually vary the throttle but yeah that makes sense. i have the pc5 i need a tune for it what one is the best? and i have the second last update not the newest one. yeah it was in heavy wet snow.
