Some more pics, got a little seat time this weekend. All the changes I made really make a huge difference on this sled.

Can you give more details on doing the under tunnel exhaust and seat braces? How much weight did you lose by removeing the exhaust and all associated shielding/plastic. I'm wanting to do something similar to what you have done.

I used a titanium muffler from a 2000 Yamaha R1 sport bike, cut the stock flange and welded it on the Ti inlet, cut the stock midpipe where it goes from 3 into 1 and rotated it 180 degrees. The seat brackets are just some aluminum angle that I milled a little. I'd have to say this dropped 12-15 lbs.

Just curious how you liked the sled. I am looking at one like yours also been looking at M7s and 8s and RMK 700s and 900s, why do you want to trade for one of those?

Currently 48 miles and in shop getting new piston and jug, we think an injector problem.
