2008 M1000 Speedo/tach

Hey guys,
I looked everywhere for this question so sorry if it has been answered.

I have a 2008 M1000 with the #0620-316 round speedometer that is broken and was wondering if the "deluxe" speedometer from 2009-2011 #0620-334 would work as a replacement or if there are any better options?

Direct replacement. M8 or M1000 both same for 08-11.
