2008 heat exchange fix question

Hello,

It looks like a friends machine has a hole in the heat exchanger on a 2008 m-8.

I have a couple of questions.

1. Can this be fixed with jb weld or other weld? If so are there any threads on this? I searched but could not find any.

2. Is it even worth it? Replacing a bulk head at this point is pry not going to happen so what is the best way to fix this problem.

strip it down and get it tig welded

Cool Thx I am going to identify where the problem is and how hard it will be to weld. I believe it is in the front heat exchanger and do you think it is best to take off the tank and access it that way or to take off the track and drivers and access it that way?
