2007 swithback clutch ?

07 switchback 600 belt seams to squeal an on hard pack sled want to move forward just like something is no releasing gonna take them apart tonite an clean them an check them over anything a guy should look for?

worn bushings and rollers, broken spring, make sure the belt deflection is set right, and look for any binding with out the spring installed. Then clean it up good after you find the problem.

Check belt deflection first. From what you describe more than likely belt a little to tight.

i've got an 07 also i had the adjustment screw on the secondary break and vibrate out making the belt tighter
