I wanna relocate the switches on the LH control block down to the console, does any one have an electrical schematic they could post or send? Or the whole shop manual in electronic format? I tried the polaris parts fische, but you can't even read it.

Here you go..

Not as easy as it may seem.

You will need to buy a PERC button for the handlebars, mode switch, hi/low headlight switch and grip/thumb switch.

Note: The 3 positions on your control for low/med/hi on the grip warmers work by running the low and Med at the same time when in "hi" to give the combined heat to make the "hi" setting.

The dragon switch has Center off, hi and Low... plus the grip heater is higher wattage for the aluminum bars.

The thumb-warmer is wired into the same switch as the handwarmers on the dragon...If you want it separate... add a fourth switch.

Use high quality connections... not the hardware store or discount auto parts store variety.

NOTE: The dwg shows "Handwarmer Power input"...#30 Yellow....This is actually the power input for the headlamps, thumb warm, hand warmer.

I recommend installing a waterproof ATC style inline fuse on that one... good protection for your wiring.
