2007 Polaris RMK 600.

Sled used to be a turbo 600. I still have the turbo kit with the sled if someone is interested. Highmark went through the engine and sled when they disassembled the turbo and said it was in perfect shape.
I always ran it at 11 to 12 lbs of boost on 110 octane. Ran flawlessly

$4500 for the sled
$2000 for the complete bolt on turbo kit.

Turbo

It will work on either sled (carbed or efi)...On my carbed 600 they put power jets on the side of the carbs and you can fine tune to fuel to air mix so the sled runs at peak performance..

The turbo works even better on efi's...They just control the fuel mix with a digital box on the handle bars..Reggie at Highmark can set the sled up to scream..

i have a couple questions.
does it run on pump gas?
i heard none of the 600 turbos ran well due to horrible lag and long spool time?
how well did this sled run?
how much boost?
can the boost be adjusted for pump gas?
thanks

turbo

I will try to answer all the questions.

1. All turbos can run on pump gas...The boost just has to be turned down because pump gas burns alot hotter than race fuel..
2. Why would you want to run a 600 turbo on pump gas anyway...It would run like a hopped up 700..I have may friends that have BD pump gas turbo 800's and they still run race fuel for maximum power...
3. There is little to no lag on the 600 when it is properly jetted for race fuel..Race fuel burns slower and cooler than pump..A 600 on pump gas will have zero lag....I can run my 600 at 7lbs of boost on pump gas, but why...When you run it at 12 to 13 lbs of boost on race fuel and blow the doors off all the M8 and D8 and M1000...That no lie..I put it up against my friends m1000 with cutler motor work. I put a mark on the hill and then jumped on his and put a line next to mine but 8 to 10 feet lower on the hill...

I love the 600 turbo but am really looking forward to my next project...Dragon 800 turbo...And I will still run race fuel for safe motor operation and the power...
