2007 M8 with slp pipe kit, what temp should my egt be?

I have a 2007 M8 with a slp y-pipe,pipe, and can. I have the digatron gauge with EGT sensors, I'm not sure how hot the egt should be, does any body else know? also these are the only engine mods

I'd shoot for 1050 to 1100 at wot. You'll see 1200 + running down trail in the mid section rpms. Seems like all cats have this lean mid.... I wouldn't worry much about it just don't hold right in that rpm blip thru it. Tuning with egts can at times be a pain.
