A friend has a 2007 M7 with a boondocker turbo. will not run right, and he has the BD numbers so messed up there is no starting point. Does anyone have a map or some starting number we could go with. Also I am not familiar with the BD box, this is the first time I have played with one.

The older BD boxes are super simple. This is where I run the box.
All RPM numbers at 0 except the lowest RPM LO. This I usually subtract to get the idle to clean up (not load up when warm and idleing for a few minutes).
Next make WOT runs to dial in the PSI HI setting for an AFR average of 12.5.
Then you can dial in the PSI MID and PSI LO settings by pulling a hill part throttle and watching your stat screen for LO or MID and monitoring your AFR. I usually run about 13 AFR for MID and LO PSI.
