Bought a 2007 M-1000 Sno Pro 153 brand new last winter. First thing i did is bought a boss seat. Then I put in air vents in front of the clutch. Then Amp 3-inch riser. Just got a Y-pipe and will order a BD box soon. What do I need to do next?

Some type of air intake... I had the new SLP big air intake and it worked great. You should also try Better Boards for the rails, helps with snow buildup. Last but not least, a set of 2cool air vents for the side panels.

Suspension tweaks/upgrades would be top of my list. The 07's are horrible unless you only climb hills. There are many other threads on this.

you've got the y-pipe, you'll have the boondocker box soon, why not get the pipe and can to match your y-pipe? you'll increase hp and lose weight. that's what I'd do.

got an 07 with timber rear skid, vented side panels,8inch riser with stockbars and snow eliminators. looking at hmp seat, jaws twins, and an slp big air intake. rear skid upgrade is a must over stock and brops 20 lbs and snow eliminators are the other must

An 8 inch rise? You must be pretty tall to need an 8 inch rise with stock bars. I am 6'2" and I just put a 3" riser on my 08 and it is perfect for me.

Terry's (HMP) seats are alright to sit on but I like the look of the BOSS seats much better for the same price.
