Not worth it. Besides helix expenses as noted above, just servicing them when the get worn is so expensive most are thrown away. A button is cheap to rebuild. Try a teflon coated helix or SLP's super slippery buttons. Olav Aaen says these upgrades to a button make it close to roller for back shifting performance and I agree.
