I've been told that some of the earlier kits came with a woven flex joint at the end of the header just before it went into the turbo. When combined with that small diameter tailpipe and all that heat, they had some issues with blowing it out. The updated header from BD has a Burns Stainless slip fitting instead of this flex joint. Is yours the updated header?

And are you running the original 2" tail pipe into the tunnel or have you updated it to 3"?

Also what's been your experience with the crank case breather spitting oil? Do you have a oil catch on it or..?

Any documentation such as receipts on the 10:1 pistons? What brand of pistons?

What kind of boost do you run? At what elevation? And what octane fuel?

How many miles turbod?

Any susp, seat, track, etc. changes to it? Or is it all stock?

Air/Fuel gauge?

Running the Boondocker box?

It has the stainless slip fitting setup the kit was a 2008 kit from boondocker not a 2007 kit. I routed the crank case breather too the front nose pan and the only time I get a little oil out of it is when I over fill the reservoir. The pistons are J E pistons purchased from boondocker. I run a turbosmart tee so the boost is adjustable from 10 to 16 lbs. I mix 110 Sunoco race gas 50/50 with Sinclair premium. I ride 5000 to about 9000 ft elevation. approx 1000 miles with turbo and 500 with J E pistons. Innovate Motorsports electronic o2 senser and boondocker box upgraded to boondocker ADA.

Bryans sleds are super clean and always set up to rip. I have personally ridden this thing and it will impress anybody. There is nothing like the feel of an Apex Turbo spool up and it start packing the skis. Great sled and a ridiculously good price. Like I said Bryan knows his stuff and this sled is ready to rip.

What track is on it? The stock Maverick?

Thanks.
