Just Wondering if anyone Knows how to get a wiring diagram for a 2006 Summit 800R . Not getting any spark , Changed Plug ,coil , coil wires , checked fuses tryed new ECM , tested kill switch ,sure how to get a reading off the stator or what voltage it should be getting when pulling the cord. it had and electric start in it but stopped working so we took it out, is there anything that needs to be reconnected if electirc start was removed?

2007 800R Wiring Problem

No Spark
The most common answer is the stator, which is also very difficult to change. It has two side. One half runs your power for lights and one half runs the engine power for spark. The coils and ECM most likely are not the complication. First unplug all your harness connections, plug them back in and then try starting. As you pull have someone see if your head light tries to power on while your pulling the motor over. I bet you have some type of light and no spark.
If you see that take it to a dealer to have the stator rebuilt. They are hard to change and sometimes require the motor to be lifted out to get a puller firmly in place.
The dealer can also remove the starter recoil and make sure your pickup trigger buttons do not have a broken wire.

06 800R??? The 07 Summit was the first sled to get the 800R....

The "configuration harness" that is the harness above the airbox, that the relay plugs into. The e-start harness has a 5 amp fuse, the manual start does not have a spot for a fuse. Make sure you use the correct one.
