2007 800R clutch problem

Wentout for the first ride about 8000 to 9000 Ft and when you hammer down it will hit 8200 rpms and the drop to 7800 real fast
The compression on the sled is 110 to 115 on both sides. the sled was running great when i put it away for the summer. The cluches were very clean when i took them apart. and roller looks great on thr primary and secondary
any info would be great>

Rave Check Valves
Events - (Engine will reach maximum rpm only for a moment) The sled would pull well for 2-3 seconds, then rpms start drifting low forcing you to turn out.
1)Ensure that all rave check valves are phased in the proper direction.
2)Check valve leak test - Install test pump and pressure to 5psi. Valve should stand pressure. Install pump opposite side, pump, air should flow freely.

did you do anything to it during the summer like gear it down or aftermarket stuff? mine was doing the same thing it sounds like and what it was doiing was bouncing off the rev limiter. i turned the adjuster bolts on the primary from a higher number to a lower. you might need to get a pin weight kit for it.

Check hose to your RAVE solenoid on your brake side. I had the same problem. I pulled it off with very little effort and they need to be very tight. I put a smaller piece of hose on the nipple of the solenoid and put the hose over it and tied it tight with haywire and it solved the problem. I would check that first as it's the easiest solution if that's what's wrong.
