This looks like a stock 900 but will run with newer M1000's. I had it out on Monday in 2+ feet of new pow and it was phenomenal. My kids are skiing and I will be spending my weekends on the lifts instead of in the backcountry. The snowmobile has just over 1800 on the chasis and 1300 on the motor. Why buy a stock 900 when you can get this one for the same money.

Do you have to run any race gas?

I mix 30% race with 93 octane premium. A different head may allow it to be straight premium, I honestly have never looked into changing to straight pump gas.
