This might be a dumb question but I am checking the fuel pressure on the rail and it shows 0 without sled being running. I am wondering if the system should have 116 psi pressure all the time or only when it runs?
I am trying to diagnose the issue from my previous post. The main issue is fuel pump really whines when I start it up, and when I took the gas cap off after it has been running a bit there is a big sucking sound like it is gasping for air. I have a new fuel filter ordered.
