2006 Crossfire 7?

Hey i am looking at buying a 2006 crossfire 7 with a 144 2 inch paddle. It has about 1600 miles. I am coming off a F7 EXT 144 with a 1.25 inch track. Just wonderin if anybody knows what the differences would be, and what kind of sled the crossfire would be compared to the F7. Thanks

I have an F7 with a 1.7" track. I have also ridden F7 EXT's and mine seems to work better in the snow than the ext with a long track. The F7's suck in the snow because of the narrow track. I have ridden stock CF's and they are much better with a 1.25" track than mine with a 1.7". I have an M7 141 and have ridden CF's with 2" tracks and they are 1000X better in the snow than the firecats. No matter what you do to a firecat, it will never be as good in the snow as a CF or M.

unless the better rider is on the F7:D. You will love the crossfire, i ride with a F7 128x13.5x1.75 and a crossfire 7 136x1.25" and the crossfire is waaaaayyy better.

my wife rides one and I ride with a friend that has one with a 2" track and they both work good. I used to have a F7 with the 1.375 track and the wifes was way better in snow. Buddy says the only drawback with the 2" track is the gearing in the X-Fire is a bit high and he says it's a little tougher to spin the big track.

CF works great with 144" x 2" paddle track than stock 136". I did the swap for my friend a year ago and it made a big difference for her as she gets stuck much less and rides way better with big boys. She is very happy with the swap.
