2005 rev RER beeper

So I bought this sled last year used and the previous owner had the Reverse beeper alarm disconnected, which was fine with me as I knew when I was in reverse and when I was not. This year it will be for my wife/daughter/buddies and I don't want any accidents because they don't realize the machine is going to backwards really fast.

Does anyone know how this is disconnected so I can reconnect it?

It's got a plug than "plugs" in the back. Right hand side up under the plastic. It a cylinder maybe 1 1/4" in Dia. 2 1/2" long. I think it's got 3 spades coming off the back/.

It can be dangerous if you disconnect that's for sure.
If you are standing, and pin it, your hip can hit the throttle, and then you

"rev the REV in rev" I have seen this once and there was a truck behind him and he almost smoked it.
I put a small piece of cotton in the speaker, to muffle it. It is kinda loud.

I lowered the volume of the speaker on my 02' by covering the speaker with a piece of duct tape with about a 1/2" slit in the tape. It was loud enough to hear but not obnoxious like it comes stock. Without the small slit you will have no sound however.
