Okay, just watched your latest video. The problem you have now is that your belt is still pinched in your secondary clutch so lets start out fresh. Install your L wrench and rotate your secondary clutch as you remove the wrench to get the belt to stick out of the clutch or almost flush. You may have to start it and run it up on a block but make sure you have the wrench removed if you do this. Once you free your belt from being pinched, measure how much deflection your belt has as stated in the posts above, the one with the straight edge going from the primary to the secondary clutch. If you have less than 1 1/4", which I am guessing you will for how far out you have the adjustment bolt, you will want to turn your adjustment bolt clockwise (in) to get more deflection. Do not use the L wrench while you are adjusting this. I think that this is where your confusion may be coming from. Let me know if this works for you.
