05 800 Polaris snowmobile for sale. Just had the engine rebuilt this winter by a certified Polaris Dealer Mechanic, reciept for $1,684 for complete rebuild including brand new top end. Engine is stock besides an Slp Air Box, clutches are re-geared to 19-43 with a newer primary clutch including some weights and helix's. The track is 162x16x2.25 with anit-ratchet drivers, 8" rear wheels, and a two wheel kit. Sled has a Boss Highrise seat w/led and storage. Tunnel was replaced in 2009 with a straight tapered polished tunnel(1200 psi) with wider running boards and better snow removal. Comes with two hoods-stock with flo-rites and a Diamond S mesh hood.
