Yup, tunnel is bent up, but it is behind your suspension mounting point so it shouldn't affect the sled other than looking like CHit. Sky is the limit on what you can do but how much do you want to put into this thing? and what is done to it already? That hood is not stock.

Oh yah, top speed about 80 mph but not designed to go over 50 for any length of time unless you switch the track to one with short paddles.

First, read some of the stickies, they will help you a lot. For weight reduction you can replace the airbox, y pipe, pipe, muffler, spindles/any other suspension parts, front radiator, rider select delete, and probably more.

Is it a Fusion? Otherwise I'm calling BS on that. Just stick with your 600.

no he says was just a 900 he got put low comp heads and pistons and was running 14-20psi he also said he got the crank trued and welded and was running 50sot of nitrous but i didnt know he had nitrous on it but it hauled *** i can barely keep the skis on the ground

You can go as fast as you like for SHORT periods of time, however the track WILL self destruct if you hold it over 70 MPH. Tall lug tracks will heat up internally from the friction from bending around the wheels at speed, the glue will melt and the paddles will start flying off. It's hard to imagine a track going through the snow overheating, but it happens if you abuse it.

Correct me if I am wrong but the owners manule states that the track is not rated over 70+ mph. Just thowing this in also.

owners manual says do not go over 70 mph for extended periods of time. This 120 mph turbo sled would have to have a different track on it because at 120 even the 2 inch paddle track would start delaminating in a hurry and throwing paddles off.

I read that it was rated not for above 70mph for the 166 track on the 50th anniversary 900. Is it different for the 151 or 159?

not above 70 but not exceeding 50 for extended periods of time on hard packed snow or trails.

Page 59 of the online version off the polaris website listed in Bold faced type states the above 70mph warning. This is what I was referring to.

You are right and I was wrong. I could have sworn it was 50 but it says Polaris does not recommended operating this track over 70mph as you stated. And it just says operating this track at high speeds on hard surfaces not recommended. It doesn't actually give a speed on that part. Says it on Page 100 too.
