Ok so mine are pluggged off with caps from the EV solenoid and were when I bought it .

My sled had no springs in the VES valves when I bought a year ago, didn't notice it until I cleaned them.

It was really Pipey but ran super on the top end.

Put in yellow springs, runs fair, put whites in will test it tomorrow.

I looked at my buddies Stock 2005 900 and the the hose for the EV solenoid,
on the OUT side goes to nowhere, just basically stuck down in front of the fuel tank like an open vent.

I was expecting to see it plugged into the Motor Crankcase to supply Pressure to the Valves when the Solenoid gets power

What Up ---- is this correct ??? :face-icon-small-con

the line off of the solenoid is a vent line. the solenoid stays open venting the pressure till the ecu commands the valves to open then it blocks it and pressure increases to open valves.

i am running the stock purple springs in mine with the valves plugged.

That hose makes a mess under the motor. I copied what mule did. extended the hose and conected this hose and the over flow from the anti freaze and used some brass fittings and made it so it pukes out under the sled. Drilled a hole right behind the recoil houseing and thats where my brass fittings are.

OK that makes sense.

I will try the White Springs as per my engine Mods and see what happens.
If it still has issues I will remove them and put it back like it was when I bought it.

My sled was built by Reggie at Highmark so I think I will go talk with him and see what the NO Spring Logic is.

Thanks for the input.
